Cdr Sachin Jog is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy and has served in the Indian Navy in various operational and administrative capacities for about 22 years. He is a qualified analyst of human behaviour and evaluator of personality profile of candidates seeking selection in the Indian armed forces. He is a trained assessor and is competent to analyse manpower skills and efficiency levels. Cdr Sachin holds the distinction of having served back to back at two selection board, his first tenure being at the Naval Selection Board at Coimbatore followed by a two year stint at the Selection Centre at Bangalore. In in his tenure as a Psychologist at the selection centres at Coimbatore and Bangalore, he has evaluated close to 3500 candidates. Candidates selected by him are currently serving in various appointments as commissioned officers of the Indian armed forces. Cdr Sachin is a qualified assessor from Defence Institute of Psychological Research, New Delhi and presently functions as a full time HR consultant. He is empanelled with various assessment agencies including Ernst & Young as a qualified behavioural assessor and involved in multiple projects for assessment of specific traits for promotion and training needs of corporates especially at middle and senior levels of Management. In his tenure as a head of HR of a private organisation at Bangalore, he has had extensive experience in recruitment and selection of candidates through engineering campuses across India and has travelled across almost all the Indian states to pick up the best of talent from the top colleges across the country. In his close to 4 years with the private company, he was instrumental in recruiting over 4000 engineering graduates through the campus selection route. He is qualified soft skills trainer and is empanelled as a teaching faculty for HR and for soft skills and interview training for management colleges, earlier in Bangalore and now in Pune.
